It was not easy to form the best automotive repair team in Bend.
All my employees must be trainable and open to constant change. We are always evolving. We have a brand-new system in place that uses tablets for all our vehicle inspections. Every technician has a tablet that they use to take pictures, fill out the inspections and look up repair information. It makes the technicians more efficient and presents everything more professionally. This kind of change takes a lot of work and time and the employees must be willing to make it happen. We succeed when we learn as a team and adapt to make our shop better and better.
Technicians are sent to Portland to get training that is not available in Bend. The service advisors take special classes in Los Angeles. We are serious about training because it makes all the difference.
We also team build at least four times every year. We have barbeques, we go to the rodeo, we go bowling, etc. Hanging out after work is fun and everyone enjoys it. Much of our staff has been here over 5 years, one of the technicians has been here 12 years and counting! This just shows that it’s a good working environment. We also offer a great benefits package!
