We were the first approved ASE Blue Seal shop in Bend! The Blue Seal certification requirement is that 75% of technicians are ASE certified. The fact is we have 100% Certified Technicians! Our very skilled service advisors are also ASE certified.

In addition to ASE testing, the Import Performance technicians are required to attend all local training seminars keeping them on the top of their game. Having the best technicians ensures your vehicle will get repaired correctly and on time.

Quality Auto Repair You Can See – Our Facility

Our 11,000 square foot quality auto repair shop is conveniently located on Empire Blvd in Bend, Oregon. Construction was completed in April 2015 with special attention delivering quality in all aspects of our business. Gabriel Christian designed the complete facility making it the most advanced independent auto repair shop in town. The shop area is bright and vast and filled with state of the art tools and equipment including new lifts, computer scan tools, on-car brake lathes, welders, and more!

The reception and waiting area blend commercial efficiencies with the feel of home. Everything is clean, bright and comfortable. We are equipped with free Wi-fi, comfortable seating and an array of beverages and snacks.

Our customers love to see the shop through the reception window. You can see for yourself how clean and organized our quality auto repair shop is. The newer building also boasts many green features which Gabe believes in strongly. The building has above standard insulation, lots of LED and other efficient lighting and heaters. Import Performance also completed the Solar Ready Program with the Energy Trust of Oregon. It was completely wired and prepped for solar by Sunlight Solar in Bend, Oregon. This was the first auto repair facility in Oregon to complete this program!
